Starting with the name of Allah all mighty the most merciful and the most beneficial who has created me ，you and the whole universe.Today we will learn about the medical tests of Pakistan armed forces as there are many rumours about the tests and many of our brothers are miss guided by some people.I want you to read this very carefully.
Before you leave for the medical test have a shower or a bath and make sure you are neat and clean before you leave for the test.
During the test your height will be checked and your arms will be checked for the C/A after that knees will be checked for the knee knocking issue etc.toes will be checked for the flat feet problem.
Eye sight will also me checked you will have to read some digits or letters from a specific distance and then chest will be measured according to your body but 34 is required atleast and for height the minimum requirement is about 5.4 then after the external checkup candidates are then send inside a room for internal checkup and after that if there is no issue you will be reffered as fit but if there is any minor issue like over/under weight some hand or legs defect then you maybe reffered to cmh for detail examination and then on the basis of that referrence you will be considered fit/unfit
Some extra tips
Cutting your nail and keeping your self neat and clean from every kind of dirt etc is part of our emaan and sunnah of our holy prophet (S.A.W) make sure you stay neat and clean trim your nail properly and always have a decent hair cut and proper shave if needed and also shave all unwanted hairs.
