PMA physical test preperation guide



Starting with the Name of Allah all mighty who has created me,you and this whole universe.I hope you will be fine today we will talk about the PMA L/C physical test as from the previous post we know that the PMA L/C physical test consist of
3 chinups
20 situps
15 pushups
1 mile running
7x7 jump from a ditch.

Make a routine of daily waking up early in the morning after fajar prayers go out somewhere wide enough where you can practice running and make sure you bring you mobile phone/stop watch along with you now start jogging and before that set your timer to 5 minutes now start jogging for 5 minutes make sure that you keep your pace constant not too fast and not too slow as we are currently building stamina so try to concentrate on the distance you cover always bring a bottle of fresh water with you as this will keep you hydrated and you will not get tired quickly

 After when you have done jogging for about 5 minutes stop and try to catch your breath ofcourse if you cannot jog for 5 minutes continuously no problem you can walk in between as much as you want but try to survive for 5 minutes.Ok so after when you catch your breath go into pushup position and do 5 pushups followed by 10 situps and 1 chinup then start jogging again for 5 minutes repeat the circuit for one complete hour and after one week check your self you will find massive change in your self
