Starting with The name of Allah All mighty who has created me， you and this whole universe and who is the lord and the only one.Ladies and Gentlemen many of you will be having a passion to join Pakistan Army，Pakistan Air force and Pakistan Navy as officers where you can use your abilities and serve the motherland.
Well to join any organisation you will need to apply through a proper channel in Pakistan armed forces usually tests are conducted in different cities of Pakistan and then after these initial tests candidates are then sent to specific selection centres called inter services selection board (ISSB)
The inter services selection board is the place where finally candidates are tested in all aspects and based on their performance they are selected in any of the three ARMED forces of Pakistan
Schedule
In ISSB only short listed candidates are called on specific dates.A candidate who reports on the mentioned date in the call letter is the tested for 4 days.The details of these four days are as follow
Day of Arrival
On the first day when you reach the centre the there will be the following events
- 5 candidates will be alloted a room
- Your documents will be checked
- Chest numbers will be alloted to you
- Your photographs will be taken with the chest numbers
- Then in testing hall the administration staff will address you
- You will then fill some Biodata sheets/forms
2nd day
The 2nd day is called psychologist day in which
- Candidates will fill the forms
- Then intelligence tests will be conducted
- Psychologist will give you forms to fill
- Word association tests will be conducted
- Sentence completion tests will be conducted
- Picture story writing (TAT) will be conducted
- Pointer/incomplete story will be conducted
After the above mentioned tests candidates will be instructed to put their chest numbers on their desks and leave the hall.the day is over
3rd day
The third day is called the GTO day in which
- Gto will select 10 or 12 candidates and make groups
- New chest numbers will be alloted
- Group discussion will take place
- Each candidate will be given topic for short speech
- Group will have to make Indoor planning of the given model
- Out door tasks will have progressive group task
- Half group task
- Interviews psychologist/Deputy president
4th day
On 4th day interviews will be conducted
- Then individual obstacles
- Then command tasks
- The final group task
5th day
In 5th day the candidates will be called to halls TA/DA will be given and then the final results will be made some candidates will be called for re-interviews or re obstacles or command tasks etc and then they will be sent to bus stations through issb bus
